Design Pro Site Visit
- A group of boys and girls will get an opportunity to walk about this futuristic workplace on Tuesday 1st of March. From 10 0’ clock to 12 noon.
- Mr Paul Collins will be hosting the groups on site which is based in the industrial estate Rathkeale.
- Design Pro custom build precision machinery for example, the automotive industry (BMW) and the pharmaceutical industry. Their ranges of products are very wide.
Knex Workshop
- For first years in SBU room 4th and 5th class Tuesday 1st of March.
- Engineering challenge date to be confirmed.
Promoting Engineering As A Career For Girls
- During the week, a presentation will be given by Ms Niamh Richardson who has just completed Biomedical Engineering and is now commencing a PhD in Mechanical Engineering.
