Congratulations to our Senior Girls Soccer team who are returning home as All Ireland Champions. Commiserations to the girls of Sacred Heart Westport and their coaches. They presented a tough challenge to our girls with the 1st half ending scoreless. Early in the second half Eadaoin Lyons opened the account for the Coláiste. This was followed 10 minutes later by another goal from Phoenix Mulcaire. However the girls from Sacred Heart never gave up and pulled one back ensuring a tense final 15 minutes for both sets of supporters. In the end our girls proved too strong and all the hours of training and dedication paid off. We couldn't be prouder of the girls and their coach Mr. Phair.
