The students of Coláiste na Trócaire are well known for their musical performances. This year the students and staff will be staging a musical for the first time with help for the Parent’s Council. ‘Joseph’ will be performed on Tuesday 13th and Wednesday 14th March in the Rathkeale Community Centre at 8.00pm. Tickets will cost €10 and are available from the office. There will also be a special matinee performance for primary school students on Tuesday 13th March at 11.am.
Staging a musical is time consuming and expensive but allows students a very enriching and rewarding experience. We are seeking sponsorship to help to offset the cost of staging the event. If we do make a profit on the night all monies raised will be spent on improving and adding to out IT and multi-media equipment in the school for our Transition Years.
We are asking all parents to support our musical by buying tickets and attending on the night.
