What a team performance! Massive congratulations to our school athletics team who successfully retained the L.C.E.T.B Sports Day shield today.
The team comprising of 55 girls and boys from 1st-6th year battled the elements in U.L today competing against 8 other Limerick E.T.B schools. Students participated in numerous team races including 4 x 100m, medleys (100m, 100m, 200m, 400m), mixed relays (200m, 200m, 400m, 400m), long jump and shot putt events for girls and boys at U14, U16 and U18 level.
Colaiste na Trocaire students involved today demonstrated great speed, strength and endurance in performance while also showing fantastic pride, teamwork and perseverance. Today’s victory made it a 3 in-a-row of successes in the L.C.E.T.B Sports Day.
